- Do I need to be a Gold or Platinum member to enjoy the Sacoor at Your Door service?
- We do not have this requirement, any customer can enjoy the Sacoor at Your Door service.
- Is this service free of charge?
- Yes Sacoor at Your Door is a complimentary service.
- How can I make payment for items purchased on whatsapp?
- We will provide you with directions for which you can directly make payments through your mobile phone. There are no extra fees for mobile phone payments.
- What is the maximum distance that I can enjoy a private viewing in my home or office?
- Sacoor at Your door private visit with our stylist is available within a 40km radius of Dubai or Abu Dhabi city limits.
- How many items can I view in my private viewing appointment?
- We will be happy to provide you a variety of options for each type of item you may be interested to view. Our aim is to offer you a wide selection that meets your preferences as well as additional suggestions by our stylist.
- How long does it take for alterations to be made if purchased by whatsapp or in a private appointment?
- Sacoor Brothers tailors work hard to ensure every request is met perfectly. Alterations typically take 1-7 days depending on the needs of our customers, we only accept to deliver perfectly fitted garments.
- Is this service available only for purchases or for alterations as well?
- Should any suit be purchased during the private home or office visit with our stylist, we will deliver your alterations free of charge to your home or office.
- Can I exchange or return the purchased items? What is the return or exchange period?
- We offer the same return and exchange policy as in-store purchases for items purchased by whatsapp or during the private visit. Customers have 90 days to return or exchange items provided they mee the return requirements.
- Is there s a fee to return or exchange items?
- Customers are welcome to return or exchange items at any of our stores, should you prefer the items to be collected from your home or office, a small courier fee will be applied.
- Can I order something as a gift and have it delivered to my friend or family member’s home?
- Yes this is possible as long as payment is made by your mobile and the recipient resides within 40km of the city limits.
