Returns & Exchanges
If there is something with which you are unhappy, you have 30 days from the moment you receive your ONE order to exchange or return an item. It couldn't be easier. Try your item at home and then tell us if you would like to try a different size, a different model or simply return the item. We collect what you are not comfortable with in your home, work or other address.
Or if you prefer, you can visit one of our Lofts to exchange/return.
Order/items can be returned either at any of Sacoor One Mall/Outlet stores (except Sacoor Brothers & Sacoor Blue) or at our online by following the below steps:
- The orders that are placed from the store, the customer has to visit the nearest store to submit the return request.
- Guest Checkout: You can make a return request through the confirmation email sent to you when your order has been processed by clicking on the return link in the email to submit your return request.
STEP 1: Fill in the online return form
Go to Sacoorone.com and Login.
Select the "my account" option in the upper right corner of the website.
Choose the item (s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.
STEP 2: PACKING (Place the item in the box or bag)
a. Use the same box or bag in which you received the item, close, and seal it with tape.
b. Make sure that the box or bag does not have any labels, adhesive, or other materials of former purchases.
c. Place the Returns label (attached to the printed invoice – last part) that you received in the box of the original order along with the returned items.
STEP 3: COLLECTION
We will arrange a booking with the courier company to pick up the package from the designated address after receiving the return request.
STEP 4: REFUND
We will send you an email receipt confirmation after receiving the request and analyzing your returned product. It may take 7-10 days based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our warehouse, allow for up to 3 business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days for the amount to get credited in the credit note or the same purchase card. For the Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued by bank transfer, so please consider extra 14 working days to the normal timeframe.
STEP 5: Refund
After receiving and analyzing the product, we send you a return notice by email, confirming the reception of the order. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments with ATM reference, the refund will be made by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 working days.
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Apparels such as swimwear, and socks are not eligible for return.
2. Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
3. Footwear, eyewear & bags must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.
Note: Kindly note that after the order is confirmed modifications are not possible. You can either cancel the order or create a new order with the correct size or you can wait for the delivery and try the item if it doesn't fit you can return it and request the correct size.
