"At Sacoor, we offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of the shipment being received by the customer. During our super sales event, the return period is shortened to 15 days and is only available for exchange or refund. We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase."

"Customers have the option to return their orders or individual items either at any of our physical stores (excluding Sacoor Brothers and Sacoor BLUE locations) or through our online platform. To process a return online, please follow these steps:
"For orders placed in-store / Click and Collect, customers must visit the nearest location to request a return. Our team will be happy to assist you with this process and answer any questions you may have."
"For customers who checked out as a guest, you can initiate a return request by clicking on the return link in the confirmation email that was sent to you after your order was processed. This will allow you to submit your return request online. If you have any difficulties with this process, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance."
"To initiate a return request for an online order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
- Select the order you wish to return and click "View Order."
- At the bottom right of the page, click on "Return."
- Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter your details, and click "Submit."

"To return your order or individual items, please follow the steps outlined below:
a. Place the item(s) in the original box or bag, close it securely, and seal it with tape.
b. Ensure that the box or bag does not have any labels, adhesives, or other materials from previous purchases.
c. Include the returns label (attached to the printed invoice) with the returned item(s) in the box.
After we receive your return request, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the package from the designated address. Please ensure that the package is ready for collection at the agreed-upon time."
Upon receiving and reviewing your returned product, we will send you an email receipt confirmation. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse based on your location. After the returned product has been received and processed at our warehouse, it may take up to three business days for the return to be processed. It may then take an additional two to four business days for the amount to be credited to your credit note or the original payment card. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued through a bank transfer, so please allow an additional 14 working days to the normal timeframe for the refund to be processed."
It is important to note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Additionally, they cannot be reloaded or transferred to another account. It is not possible to redeem them for cash or return them for cash value. Please keep this in mind when considering the purchase or use of a gift card.
It is important to note that if you choose to receive a credit note as a form of return, the credit note will be valid for 12 months and can be used to make purchases online or in our stores. Please keep in mind that it will not be possible to transfer the funds from the credit note to another account or receive a cash refund. We hope this helps clarify the terms of using a credit note as a form of return.
"We are happy to accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
- Apparel items such as swimwear and socks are not eligible for return.
- Apparel products that are eligible for return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact and in the original packaging.
- Footwear, eyewear, and bags must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact."

- Cancel the existing order and place a new one with the correct size.
